PARKING:
For Boxes is on hard standing around the dressage arena (access now straight).  Due to the restricted amount of space all cars should be parked in the Country Park car park

Mr A Cumming will organise Clear Round Jumping after the Working Hunter classes have completed their rounds in the Jumping Ring
 
There will be three rings, plus the Jumping Ring, in use so please check your ring number/s at the Secretarial point when you collect your number

Notes and Conditions

  1. Please check your ring number when you collect your competitors number

  2. Rosettes Will be awarded too at least 6th place in all classes

  3. A Special rosette will be awarded to the highest placed member of Dunedin CTG in each class, together with a trophy in most classes.  In order to qualify the member's subscription must have been paid by 1 July 2010.

  4. If the number of entries permits, classes will be split according to height or breed as appropriate.  Please ensure that this information is given on the entry form.

  5. We cannot guarantee to accept late, telephone  or unpaid entries.

  6. Competitors are asked to note that times shown on this schedule are APPROXIMATE.  These times will be adhered to as far as possible but responsibility for being available in time to take part in classes lies solely with the rider.  Stewards will be happy to advise and assist as far as possible.

  7. Refunds on entry fees will not be made after the closing date.

  8. All riders MUST wear approved standard hard hats when mounted.

  9. Dunedin CTG does not accept responsibility for loss, damage or accident to persons or animal howsoever caused.

  10. Entries should be forwarded to the Secretary:  Mrs I Walker, 53 Meadowhouse Road, Edinburgh, EH12 7HW by Wednesday 10th August.  Email entries to postmaster@iwalker53.plus.com will be accepted provided the entry fee is received before the date of the Show.

  11. Please put all of your rubbish into the bins provided.

  12. Light refreshments will be on sale.

  13. NO DOGS ARE ALLOWED ON THE SHOW GROUND
